Q: Do you really braid all these items?
A: Yes! All items that are offered are hand woven by us!
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Tubby Tactical was started as a hobby in the spring of 2018, becoming a full time business in May of 2022.
Q: After my order is placed, how soon can I expect it to arrive?
A: Since all items are hand woven, we do ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for production time.
Q: How will I know when my order is shipped?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping partner, XPS, with your USPS tracking number.
Q: My order is a gift for someone. How will they know what it all does?
A: We provide cards for our Bracelets, Fishing Lanyards and Travel Mug Holders that show how to use the item and what is included in the buckles.
Q: How can I shop with you in person?
A: All of our upcoming shows are listed on the Upcoming Events page on the website. Check back often as we are always adding more shows!
Q: I have a custom order that I would like help with. How do I contact you for that?
A: We love to help with custom orders! There are 2 ways to reach out about custom orders: Fill out the contact form on our website and we will contact you or send us an email at tubbytactical1@gmail.com.
Q: I would like to pick up an item instead of having it shipped. What is the best way to let you know that?
A: We offer a Shipping Option and a Pickup Option at checkout. If you want to pick up your order, please add a note with the best contact information for you and we will reach out to you to arrange a time for pick up.
Q: How do I pay for a custom order?
A: When you place a custom order, we will send you an invoice by email or text (your choice!) with a secure payment link. We accept payments via credit or debit card.
Q: If there is an issue with an item, am I able to return it?
A: Due to each item being custom made, all sales are final. If the item is damaged or defective, please reach out to us by filling out the contact form on the website or emailing us at tubbytactical1@gmail.com to discuss available options.
